Lance was born in Philadelphia Pennsylvania where he graduated high school. After attending community college he accepted an offer to manage the lighting design for a local musical group. In 1981 he moved to Arizona and continued business designing and installing lighting and electrical for theaters, restaurants and and the general entertainment industry. In 1994 Lance obtained his real estate license. With his real estate experience he bought, refurbished and sold real estate for the following years. For 18 years he has served countless clients through the buying and selling of real property. Also holding a General Contractor license, Lance has added to his real estate service the ability to provide contractors' advice and if needed, to oversee repairs and refurbishment for his clients.
